The professional and legal rules for using the Bodek system.
Welcome to Bodek — a system intended for use by licensed electrical inspectors in Israel only. By registering or using the app, you agree to the terms set out in this document.
01Eligibility and Registration
Use is permitted only to holders of a valid electrical inspector license issued by the Ministry of Energy, aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details — including your license number — and for keeping them up to date.
02Professional Responsibility and AI Content
References and recommendations generated by the AI engine are an aid only. Full professional and legal responsibility for inspection results and the signed report rests solely with the licensed inspector, in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
03Subscription and Payment
Full access to the platform is subject to a paid subscription as detailed on the Pricing page. Billing recurs through our payment processor, PayMe. Subscription cancellation and refunds are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
04Unsynced Data
Bodek keeps open inspections on your device until they are synced. You are responsible for connecting to a network periodically to complete syncing. The Company is not liable for data loss where the only copy resided on a device that was lost, damaged, or wiped before syncing to the cloud completed.
05Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the application itself (design, code, brand) belong to the Company. Inspection reports you create, and their professional content, belong to you and your client.
06Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "AS IS". It is a tool for documenting and managing inspections, and does not constitute and does not replace approval, a permit, or an inspection by a competent authority.
07Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
